Sellers of all stages. When I work for a client, simply put, I work for that client. Look at other agent’s profiles; they delightfully highlight they have sold thousands of home over the last three years, or sold the most dollars in a recent time period. Personally, it sounds like they have developed a quick half-assed assembly line process to handle dozens of clients.
